1. Product Overview

Galvanized Iron Wire is manufactured from high-quality low carbon steel wire rod (such as Q195 / Q235), processed through wire drawing and galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.

With a protective zinc coating on the surface, the wire offers extended service life and reliable performance in various environments. It is widely used in construction, agriculture, fencing, industrial manufacturing, and daily applications.

2. Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Wire Drawing

Wire Rod → Acid Pickling → Water Cleaning → Wire Drawing → Annealing (if required)

Step 2: Galvanizing Process

Hot-Dip Galvanized Wire

The steel wire is immersed into molten zinc at approximately 450∘C450^\circ C450∘C, forming a strong zinc-iron alloy layer.

Thicker zinc coating

Strong adhesion

Superior corrosion resistance

Longer service life

Electro Galvanized Wire (Cold Galvanized)

Zinc is deposited on the surface through an electrolytic process.

Smooth and bright surface

Thinner zinc coating

Lower cost

Suitable for indoor or dry environments
